The Miss United States Pageant celebrates intelligent women of all walks of life. Our system is based on a solid commitment to uphold the standards of fairness and integrity. It prides itself in providing an avenue for each young woman to give a voice to those needing to be heard, lend a hand to those less fortunate, and be a compass for those daring to dream. At the local, state, and national level, the Miss United States Pageant gives women the opportunity to promote a platform of community service. Featuring eight divisions – Little Miss, Pre-Teen, Junior Teen, Teen, Miss, Ms., Ms. Woman, and Mrs. – the Miss United States Pageant is recognized as “the premier event of its kind” and the largest pageant system for girls and women ages 8+ in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and five U.S. territories.
MEET OUR TEAM
Founder & Owner, Mrs. United States National Pageants, Inc.
Isabella Ilacqua is the owner & founder of the Mrs. United States Pageant and its subsidiary divisions. Isabella first entered the world of pageantry to recognize and celebrate not just the beauty of American women but also those qualities that shine through from within that make them winners. Isabella set out to allow each contestant a platform to demonstrate self-confidence, determination, resilience, caring, nurturing, hard work, good health, and education – all values that lead to accomplishment, strength, and success. Because of this foundation, the United States National Pageants now enters into our 31st year and is a recognized leader and top tier national system because of Isabella’s guidance and leadership.
As National Director for all eight divisions, Stephi Williams shares the same vision as the owner of Mrs. United States National Pageants, Inc. As long as she can remember, Stephi has had a huge passion for pageantry as well as women who want to give back to their communities and have real purpose in their lives.
As a result, she began taking classes on Non-profit Management and Creation in her efforts to earn her Doctorate in Business. This is where she really got the feeling that she had a passion for continuing her giving and assistance in empowering others. A seasoned pageant professional, Stephi directed pageants for more than 12 years before expanding her production company, Crown Garland, to a national level as the license holder for the Miss United States Pageant.
Stephi resides in Virginia with her husband and their four lovely children.
